On july 2010, the students of Class ZhongTuo of Puyang Vocational Technical School went to the job posts formally. After several projects of the exercitation, they were praised by each deparment and provides the fresh blood for the elevation of the basal strength.

      According to the plan of the talent development strategy, in order to extend the talent source ways and raise the basal technique strength, after studying, the company summarizing the former experience and lessons, decided to run the joint class of junior college with Puyang Vocational Technical School, on the base of the joint education of the technical secondary school and expanded the range of the cooperative education as to company’s future development trend.

      At present, our company has come to an agreement with the party of school. Now Human Resources Department and Technology Department are setting positively the curriculum and the teaching content as to the need of the company. The party of school held also the mobilization conference before recruiting students. The vice-president of the company, Sun Xiaofei, introduced the industry background, enterprise development, enterprise culture, relationship between obtaining employment and selecting employment, personal values and the development foreground/ which received a worm welcome coming from more than 400 students and teachers of five big departments. The vice-professor and vice-chief of the educational administration department of Puyang Vocational Technical School and our company, Camaraderie Xue Shuanzhu, presided the conference.
