After the careful and meticulous pre-negotiation preparation, the signing ceremony for the joint education between Henan ZhongTuo Pipeline Engineering Co.， Led.，and Puyang Vocational Technical School was held grandly in the afternoon of 13th October,2010, in the assembly room of the company.

      The ceremony was performed in a solemn and warm atmosphere. The vice-president of the pressure testing branch, Wu Zhanjie, in the name of the company, claimed formally the commencement of the signing ceremony. And then the two parties’ presidents signed on the cooperative agreement.

      After the signature, Vice-President of Puyang Vocational Technical School, Guo, representant the school, made an Important speech. He pointed that Vocational Technical School, aimed to bring up more and more practical talents adapting to the need of the society. Running the school conjointly, not only provides the more pertinent talents for the company and infuses the fresh blood for the development of the company, but also provides the development route of better finishing the teaching tasks for the school, which is a double-win situation for both sides. Meanwhile he hoped that the two parties could continue expanding the cooperative train of thought on the base of the joint education, to make the cooperation higher and deeper. In addition, he also hoped that these graduates, many of whom had worked in the company before the foundation of the associated school, could play a role of bridge and link in the domain of the school-enterprise cooperation.
