Crossing Department set up the correct management philosophy which escorted the project construction
 
        Since its fondation, our Crossing Department , starting form the purpose of “ we have what others don’t have, we are excellent in what others have” and the principle of “ respect and care, communication and cooperation, system and specification, science and efficient”, takes fully company’s technical advantages, uses the equipment and human resource, follows always the company culture and builds positively a harmonious elite team for the company.
 
       Since receiving the construction task of Shenzhen crossing project, Crossing Department, with clear reponsibilities and division of tasks, designed and prepared positively, especially on the hand of equipment, supplies and personnel. It is more important that Crossing Department has formed the strong management philosophy which can escort the successful construction project.
 
      First, according to company culture and management policy, Crossing Department commenced drawing up the department management system, determined the department management objectives and established the solid management team and technical team.
