Strength of good example
Recently, a few employees have performed their works excellently, and set a good example for all of us.
Mr Dong Hongrui is in charge of equipment maintenance works, so far, in his 3 years working time, he has always been a responsible person. Besides taking care of equipment and instruments maintenance in he base company, he also often go to construction site for machines repairing. He has worked so hard and put a lot efforts in it, so that our equipment always keep in good condition and efficiency.
In April, we should hand in the repairing materials list to account department, he gave advice regarding how to save the cost, but remain same effect. Thus, 2/3 of repairing cost was saved. And he still acted modestly, he said, i am one part of this company, saving shall also start from me.
On 4.22, Mr. Wang Shiwei from our rehabilitation department, saw a storm raining is about coming, he suddenly noticed that a lot our equipments are still exposed to the rain, but its not working time now, no one at company would come back to cover those things, maybe they will be damaged by water. Therefore, he went back to company alone, and call to other collogues to help, and use all the things to cover those equipments. Even its not working hours, he still concerns about company, he also set a good example for us.
We hope, all of us can learn from them, and start from your own, and our company as our family will be better and better.
