Company Organize 《Work Shall Concentrate on the Right Place 》 Training
On May 21, 32 of project managers attended a presentation by Professor Song Zhenjie from Qinghua University EMBA club.
After 1 day of training, and mutual activity, all of us have a new understanding of 《Work Shall Concentrate on the Right Place》, Mr Wang Hongqin from Rehabilitation Branch Company has his own thought, as one of employee, no matter which position you are at, you shall position yourself, which means you shall have a good attitude toward what you are doing. Different attitude will end up with different fates. Secondly, we shall have a habit of learning, thinking, planning, targeting. We shall always focus on the critical points of our work, and make year, month, week, day's plans. We shall also learn to do things orderly, thus it can enhance our work efficiency. Thirdly, we shall concentrate on the place during work. Fourthly, we shall always work as a team, united is our strength, we shall learn to understand others, and work for same goal.
