Accelerate the leadership and management changing

On 2011.5.22, (PTBC) Pressure Testing Branch Company's Operation and Production Meeting held in conference room, this meeting was held by Company Vice manager Mr Shang Guangbo, the main topic of this meeting is focusing on how to deal with existing problems, and discuss the measurement of innovation.
Firstly, Marketing manager of PTBC presented market analysis report and near futures strategy and plan. Some of marketing staffs also did presentation regarding their marketing tasks. Company General manager Mr Xu summed up the following points.
According to Mr Xu's word, he has mentioned and atoned 7 critical requirements:
1. Accelerate the leadership and management changing. Method of Leadership requires efficiency, effectiveness, and management.
1. Manager shall has healthy thought of doing things, and moral personality and manners.
2. Manager shall be professional, and understand all process/procedures of own works. Learning is always good to avoid mistakes, and shall not pretend to be well learned, if you are not really 100% sure upon all matter.
3. Manager shall also has risk consciousness and evaluation.
4. Manager shall work with variety of ways and thoughts systematically. And well work and cooperate with all employees.
5. There should be hierarchy level in management, all management levels shall understand and notice what they should focus on.
6. We all shall pay attention to saving in all things, all wasting conscious shall be condemned.
The key factor of innovation is Accelerate the leadership and management changing. There are a lot current problems in many projects, the reason is unqualified management. Project manager's goal is direct leading and management, his method of management will directly influence the construction quality, speed, and cost control. Our company is in the process of go into stock market, a lot of old fashion management has already outdated and can not satisfy our development needs, it requires our managers has to learn and improve our own comprehensive skills and management to fit company needs.
